A prominent photographer in Israel, Alex Levac is a master of the absurd and irony, both so common in Israeli society. It’s a match made in heaven, Levac with his unique ability to capture these qualities, and the Israeli society, so skilled at creating these moments. Common as these moments are, they are well hidden in a society and place which are accustomed to the bizarre. His photos are a mirror, which amuses but at the same time leave a trace for the mind to follow on. These photos are a part of a special project Levac did for the Israeli newspaper Haaretz.
